The Isle of Autumn cocktail is a combination of flavours from the last sunshine filled days of summer and our very own Isle of Raasay Gin. With hints of rhubarb and citrus, this refreshing, aromatic serve helps draw out some of the natural botanicals in our gin.
The Recipe
Created by the talented bartenders at Bourne & Hollingsworth:
- 50ml Isle of Raasay Gin
- 15ml Crème de Coing
- 10ml Crème de Cassis
- 15ml Elderflower Cordial
- 25ml Lemon Juice ?
- 1 dash Rhubarb Bitter
- Topped with soda & garnished with edible flowers ?
