Isle of Raasay Distillery Cask Sample – 1 x 5cl (miniature bottle)
The Isle of Raasay Single Malt Scotch Whisky, released in 2021, is matured in six signature casks as part of our unique six-part maturation.
We mature two types of Isle of Raasay spirit – peated and unpeated – separately in three distinct cask types: Ex Rye whiskey, Chinkapin virgin oak, and Ex Bordeaux red wine casks. These six casks are then married together in varying proportions to produce a lightly peated single malt with depth and complexity.
Try before you buy with a 5cl sample of the maturing spirit and watch Co-founder Alasdair Day talk you through your cask sample.
