Two Isle of Raasay spirits – peated and unpeated – are matured separately in first fill Rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks. Then hand poured into our miniature whisky bottles for you to sample a taste of the Hebrides at home.

What can I say….elegant in the art of producing an iconic whisky Ramsay is my second home….and this distillery goes ‘always a little further’
In fact just this evening I sampled one of my miniature bottles….it maybe miniature in bottle but big on taste, with smoothness, warmth and rekindles that feeling of home……Caledonia calling.
