An unpeated ex-Four Roses Bourbon single cask whisky made with 100% Champagne yeast. Bursting with notes of light vanilla, marzipan, and a soft, peppery finish.

  • Palate: Cherry, effervescent, oily mouthfeel.
  • Finish: Short, soft, white pepper.
