The Draamers’ Cask #5 – Peated Single Cask, 58.6% ABV, natural colour, non-chill filtered – 1 x 70cl

Introducing the first ever Port cask release from Isle of Raasay Distillery. Our peated Raasay spirit has been matured first in an ex – Bordeaux Red Wine Barrique, and finished in an ex-Tawny Port Barrique, for 12 months.  The result is a deliciously smoky dram bursting with rich, juicy fruits, blackcurrants and figs.

TASTING NOTES:

Nose: Redcurrants, Blackberry Jam, Smoked Orange

Palate: Rich, Juicy Red Fruits, Dark Cherry

Finish: Toasted Fig, Blackcurrant, Smoky Ribena
