Happy Birthday to us! Three years ago today, the inimitable Dave Broom officially opened the Isle of Raasay Distillery. Led from the harbour by an Isle Of Skye Pipe band procession, the Raasay community gathered at the distillery for the opening. To mark this special day, we wanted to share a clip from Dave’s speech along with some highlights of our journey so far.
