The 14th of September 2018 will mark a special day for all of us at the distillery; the first full year of (legal) whisky distilling here on Raasay. Hundreds of tonnes of barley. Thousands of litres of water. Months of fermentations. The work that has gone into making our future whisky has been tough, but here we, are one year on, and one year closer on our path to the first Raasay Single Malt in Scotch Whisky history.
We’re a small team, and we’ve worked hard to create an experience that is truly special, whether that be in the future whisky you taste, visiting and touring the distillery or even staying in our 4-star luxury whisky hotel.
