Let Raasay come to you as part of our virtual tastings. From the comfort and safety of your own home, we will take through our unique six-part maturation of our signature Isle of Raasay Single Malt with six cask strength samples.
Two Isle of Raasay spirits – peated and unpeated – are matured separately in three distinct cask types – Rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak, and Bordeaux red wine. The signature Isle of Raasay Single Malt, released in May 2021, marries these six signature casks together in varying proportions, creating a lightly peated single malt with rich dark fruit flavours. A dram with real depth and complexity.

For those of you looking for the complete experience, choose one of our full size whisky casks and become part of the Isle of Raasay Distillery story. Build a cask to best suit your tastes with our range of oak varieties, sizes, and your choice of peated or unpeated spirit.
Every drop of spirit from your Isle of Raasay Distillery cask will be distilled, matured, and bottled on the island, maximising the influence of our Hebridean climate on your single malt Scotch whisky.
Available Monday – Sunday, with limited times on Sunday.
