Filled with high-quality peated or unpeated Raasay spirit, these smaller casks mature with greater intensity than our full-size casks because of the increased contact between the oak and the spirit

With that in mind, we recommend bottling after 3 years – it’ll be ready before you know it! Priced at only £999, it’s the perfect chance to savour some of the first ever Isle of Raasay Single Malt. The Raasay Rising – Buy & Fill Your Own Cask

£4,000 or £250 a month

For those of you looking for the complete experience, the Raasay Rising package has it all. Invest in one of our ‘45 American oak bourbon barrels, the first casks ever filled at the distillery that were used to mature our inaugural Isle of Raasay spirit that will be released later this year. In a nod to Bonnie Prince Charlie’s time spent hiding out on the Isle of Raasay, the Raasay Rising includes a night’s stay at our Isle of Raasay Distillery Whisky Hotel, where you can come and fill your own cask with your choice of peated or unpeated spirit.

As a 45’ cask owner, your spirit will then mature in our island warehouses for 10 years, and you can sample its progress every three years. You will also receive a bottle of our inaugural Isle of Raasay Single Malt. Nothing comes close to our new Raasay Rising experience.
