Front of House & Fulfilment Job Opportunities

We are seeking new members to join our friendly team here at the distillery. We are looking for permanent and seasonal staff members, start date-early May (subject to Covid-19). Experience in a hospitality or retail environment would be preferred, but training will be given. A genuine desire to deliver warm hospitality and high quality customer service in a busy work environment is essential. The hours will vary by role and may include evenings and weekends.

Roles Include:

• Housekeepers
• Bar person
• Receptionist
• Tour guides
• Bottling and fulfilment operators

Duties Include:

• Providing a positive and friendly guest experience for all of our visitors
• Managing presentation throughout our 5* visitor centre and accommodation
• Checking in and welcoming guests
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the distillery and our products to provide advice and recommendations as required.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks in a professional manner
• Working in our onsite warehouse bottling and fulfilling orders
