The Isle of Raasay Single Malt, released in 2021, is matured in six different casks as part of our unique six-part maturation.
Our carefully crafted recipe brings together six casks, each with their own distinctive style and character, to create our signature style of whisky: lightly peated single malt with rich dark fruit flavours.
The Na Sia Single Cask Series showcases the distinctive flavours of each of these six signature recipe casks in its own single cask bottling.
