The Isle of Raasay Distillery is proud to be sponsoring the amazing Coast 2 Coast in 24 Hours Challenge, which is helping raise money and awareness for the “My Name’5 Doddie Foundation” in the fight against Motor Neurone Disease.
The Coast 2 Coast Challenge is the brainchild of Jamie Murray, who along with seven of his friends, will be getting from Portpatrick on the West coast of Scotland to Cockburnspath/Cove on the East coast of Scotland in 24 hours, by means of cycling, running, kayaking and walking. This is no relay – all eight members will be going the whole distance!
The challenge is taking place on the 5th of June 2021, starting at 00:00 hrs, with the aim to finish by 23:59hrs. The team are attempting to raise £24,000 for their efforts, and donations can be made through the Coast 2 Coast in 24 Hours Justgiving page. We wish the best of luck to the team!
