Come along to our secret whisky tasting room in Edinburgh’s West End for a night of discussion on everything Raasay, and new craft whisky in general, from the Head Distiller of the Isle of Raasay Distillery.
Learn about our process, from our extra long fermentation, to the unusual casks we are using, and hear about Iain’s experience distilling with us, and with other distilleries.
There will be a chance to try a few select drams on the evening during a guided whisky tasting, and snacks too.
