Following the introduction of our flagship Isle of Raasay Single Malt earlier this year, and the deconstructed Na Sia Single Cask Bottlings that followed, we wanted to bring you something different to celebrate our first full year of whisky on Raasay. Our first ever sherry cask finished single malt.
Matured first in the strong foundations of our ex-Rye Whiskey casks and finished in a combination of ex-Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry quarter casks, this whisky boasts hints of peppery spice, almond, nuts and dried fruit. Floral notes along with nutmeg and cinnamon.
