We had a great tour including the new hotel, wonderful to see such a shiny new distillery offering work to local people. The whisky we tried was very good for something so young and as this is the style they’re aiming for I look forward to tasting the real thing in a few years time.
They are quite correct to say they have the best views of any distillery in Scotland, the view to Skye is stunning.
