For such a young Distillery, Raasay has such a sense of depth in their process as they connect with the history of the island and the people that live there. Gabriel was brilliant in his knowledge and delivery of the tour. He was equally inclusive of those with experience and knowledge of whisky as those with none. Getting the ferry over from Skye just made it all the more immersive an experience. All of this without even mentioning that the taste of their whisky is incredible. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Sláinte!
