Butterscotch, sweet dark fruits, vanilla custard and roasted nuts, with a finish of black pepper and aromatic herbs. First matured in Rye casks with a second maturation in Amontillado Sherry Hogsheads, this release is a deliciously decadent expression of our unpeated spirit.
