Slàinte Club Limited Release 2026

This Slàinte Club Limited Release see’s the return of the bold and mighty Quercus humboldtii, which first featured in our Oak Species Maturation Series.  As the first distillery in the industry to fully mature Scotch whisky in rare Quercus humboldtii casks, we are excited to take this exploration a step further. This time, we’ve matured only with our peated spirit to let the raw power of our 50ppm smoke meet the exotic spice of Colombian Oak head-on.

Chosen by you! This Slàinte Club Limited Release, is a marriage of four Quercus humboldtii casks containing our peated spirit (50ppm) bringing an abundance of smoky flavour.

  • Nose: Brine, toffee popcorn, green apple, custard cream
  • Palate: Crème brulee, heather smoke, sour cherry, dark chocolate, cedar oil
  • Finish: Long, spicy, smoky, lingering, nutty oak appears more prominently
