Isle of Raasay Distillery Restaurant

The Restaurant at Isle of Raasay Distillery

Grab the best seat in the house in our restaurant, where a warming meal and breathtaking sea views await. We’ve traded formal dining for a relaxed, authentic experience that celebrates the incredible local produce around us. From expertly cooked seasonal dishes to the friendly welcome of our distillery team, every meal is designed to be a highlight of your stay.

Located within the heart of the distillery, our dining room is available to our guests for morning breakfasts, light lunch and evening meals, 5 days a week during Summer opening hours.

Isle of Skye Views

The Restaurant  at Isle of Raasay Distillery, offers one of the most scenic restaurant views in the Scottish Highlands, with views looking over to the Cuillin mountain range on the Isle of Skye. Our view looks directly over to Glamaig (Glàmaig in Scottish Gaelic), which is part of the Red Hills on the Isle of Skye. It is one of the only two Corbetts on Skye and lies just east of Sligachan.

Our Team

Team Raasay combine their knowledge and experience to deliver beautifully cooked Scottish cuisine and true Highland hospitality in an idyllic setting. • My husband and I stayed two nights at the distillery. We did the whiskey tour with chocolate tasting and ate at the restaurant on site. From the moment we arrived until our departure we had a 5 star experience. The short ferry ride over to the island is breathtaking, the distillery and rooms are beautiful designed and comfortable, staff are very friendly and attentive, the views are magnificent and the day we spent walking the island was lovely. The whiskey tour and tasting were also fabulous and the onsite restaurant serves absolutely outstanding food. I highly recommend staying at least one night, having dinner and taking the time to explore the views from the island in a day.
