Orders placed outside of the UK & USA may be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country. These are levied once the package arrives in your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Customers can add a handwritten note to all online orders by entering your message during checkout. Our team will then include a handwritten note in your shipment on an Isle of Raasay Distillery branded postcard.
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receiving your purchase, subject to our terms & conditions.

Open 7 days a week
Tour times:
Thursday- Monday – 11:00, 12.15, 13:45, 15:45, 17:00, 18.00

5th February 2026 – 29th March 2026: open 4 days a week 10:00 – 22:00 | closed Monday – Wednesday.

Tuesday – Wednesday, open 10am-6pm
Thursday – Monday, open 10am – late
Please note that our distillery shop will close at 6pm, but purchases can still be made at the bar until 10pm.
