Previously released as part of our Oak Species Maturation Series,with a combination of both our peated and unpeated Raasay spirit, it’s back to the forefront—but with a new cask composition. This Slàinte Club Limited Release, is a marriage of four Quercus humboldtii casks containing our peated spirit (50ppm) bringing an abundance of smoky flavour.
As the first distillery in the industry to fully mature Scotch whisky in rare Quercus humboldtii casks, we are excited to take this exploration a step further.
