My wife and I decided to try something new with some extra time in Skye and tried a distillery tour on Raasay. After a quick ferry ride with lovely views we enjoyed a coffee at the Raasay Distillery before starting our tour with Jo. Jo took us through the history of Raasay and explained what makes their whiskey unique. Jo made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. She shared their story, showed us around and explained each of the whiskeys and gins we tried in detail. Fantastic! She even suggested a few “bonny” hikes to do in the area.
