Two Isle of Raasay spirits – peated and unpeated – are matured separately in three distinct cask types – Rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak, and Bordeaux red wine. The signature Isle of Raasay Single Malt, released in May 2021, marries these six signature casks together in varying proportions, creating a lightly peated single malt with rich dark fruit flavours.
