We are raising a glass to mark the completion of our two new warehouses that will allow us to continue maturing 100% of our spirit here on the Isle of Raasay.
We started work on our new warehouses in March and last week, we moved over 2,000 casks into their new home half a mile along the road in Inverarish.
Over the coming weeks, our private members’ casks will be laid down in the new dunnage warehouse alongside those casks that will make history next year when they are released as part of the inaugural Isle of Raasay Single Malt.
Our original warehouse is now almost empty and ready to be transformed into a bottling line, ensuring that all spirit made on Raasay will be bottled by our team before leaving the island.
