Matured in six signature casks as part of our unique six-part maturation.
Peated and unpeated Isle of Raasay spirit are matured separately in first fill Rye Whiskey, Chinkapin oak and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks. A first of this cask combination in Scotch whisky history.
Every drop distilled, matured and bottled on the island at 46.4% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural colour.
3,000 bottles of our signature Isle of Raasay Single Malt are available via two online ballots (the fairest way of ensuring everyone has the opportunity to order this release).
If you miss out on either of our online ballots, there will be approximately 23,000 additional bottles made available at our distillery shop on Raasay, through our UK Trade partners and through our international distributor partners in China, France, Germany, Japan, USA, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, South Korea, Sweden and Switzerland.
