Our first Raasay Tunes performer of 2019 is often described as ‘the busiest man on Skye’. Arthur Cormack OBE is one of our most celebrated Gaelic singers, renowned for his beautifully relaxed singing style and encyclopaedic knowledge and repertoire of songs from his own part of the world.
A Mod Gold medallist and inductee into the Traditional Music Hall of Fame, Arthur is well known as a great supporter of other artists through Feisean nan Gaidheal and enabling album recordings on his Macmeanma recording label by emerging young talents and established figures.
Set in our Gathering Room with stunning views over to Skye, the evening will feature live music in two 45 minute sets from Arthur.
Distillery Tours & Accommodation
Our distillery tours and whisky tastings will be running throughout the day as normal and are available to book on our website or on the day. Our partners at Raasay House are offering an excellent dinner, bed and breakfast package, so you can come over to Raasay and make a night of it!
