Crafted using a unique 6 cask recipe of peated and unpeated spirit. The Draam is Isle of Raasay’s signature single malt whisky. It is lightly peated with rich dark fruits flavours and bottle at 46.4% ABV. The perfect after dinner dram, or we recommend The Draam & Soda: 50ml The Draam, plenty of ice, topped with soda and a blackberry garnish.

Crafted with ten carefully chosen botanicals, including juniper, sweet orange peel, lemon peel, and our double distilled spirit. Bottled at 46% ABV. Best served with Fever Tree tonic, plenty of ice and a orange slice/peel garnish

Feragaia (0.0% ABV) is a Free Spirit crafted in Scotland’s first alcohol-free distillery. Crafted from 12 land & sea botanicals that were carefully identified for their flavour profiles and natural properties from wild earth.
Try the signature serve, The Sober Scotmsan: 50ml Feragaia, plenty of ice, topped with ginger ale or beer, and a wee squeeze of fresh lime. For a zero-sugar alternative, swap the ginger for soda water
