Three stars seems something less than fair to Dun Cana if only because I found it a smooth and favorful whiskey. I elected to buy it because the description mentioned a “sherry cast” feature. The moderate smoke favor was too much for me, at least $140 per bottle. As I noted previous, Jura Single Malt (at $55) would have been more to my taste. I don’t claim to be knowledgeable about Scotch whisley, I just know what I like.
