We have released this for the past two years to much acclaim, so we are delighted to bring it back again. It is our classic and iconic Na Sia, six cask recipe – lightly peated with no dilution for maximum flavour impact.
As always, every drop is distilled, matured, bottled, and shipped on the Isle of Raasay by our small but mighty team.
Na Sia, meaning ‘The Six’ in Gaelic, is our carefully crafted six cask recipe which matures peated and unpeated spirit separately in three distinct oak types – Rye Whiskey, virgin Chinkapin oak, and Bordeaux red wine. Each of these distinctive cask types create real depth and complexity for The Draam, showcasing our renowned lightly peated style with rich, dark fruit flavours.

Although I do I find it slightly on the expensive side, I do appreciate the preparation and investment made to produce such a whisky. I’m not sure what other reviewers referred to as regards packing, but I can honestly say that the issue they mention clearly seems to be resolved: my packaged bottle was very well wrapped and arrived in a very short space of time across the Irish Sea and was in great shape upon arrival. Recommend this product entirely.
