Interested in investing in one of our six signature Isle of Raasay Distillery Scotch whisky casks? Our signature Isle of Raasay Single Malt combines two Isle of Raasay spirits – peated and unpeated – with three distinct cask types – Rye Whiskey, Chinkapin Oak, and Bordeaux red wine.

The forthcoming Isle of Raasay Single Malt, released in 2021, is matured in six signature casks as part of our unique six-part maturation.

• Ex Rye Whiskey – Unpeated
• Ex Bordeaux Red Wine – Peated
• Ex Bordeaux Red Wine – Unpeated
• Chinkapin Virgin Oak – Peated
• Chinkapin Virgin Oak – Unpeated

We mature two types of Isle of Raasay spirit – peated and unpeated – separately in three distinct cask types: Ex Rye whiskey, Chinkapin virgin oak, and Ex Bordeaux red wine casks. These six casks are then married together in varying proportions to produce a lightly peated single malt with depth and complexity.
